If you’re not fully satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a refund:

• Your item must be unused and in original packaging

• You must request a return via support@luminestco.com before shipping anything back

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
